WILLIAMS RACING STEM ENRICHMENT DAY
Here at Williams, we are passionate about STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) and recognise the importance of these subjects.
Our enrichment days have been designed to enhance, encourage and inform a student’s existing desire to work in STEM or spark one in those who may have never considered a career in this field before.
The aim of our enrichment day is to:
Introduce young people to the world of motor racing so as to harness the power of the younger generations to support the industry in the future
Present the importance of STEM subjects, by showcasing career possibilities and options within Williams Racing and the motor racing industry as a whole
Give young people an unforgettable experience
Our enrichment days have been mapped to the National Curriculum framework. The days also support schools in reaching several of the Gatsby Benchmarks of Good Career Guidance.
All our enrichment days are offered free of charge, and we can support you with the cost of transport.
Our Williams Racing enrichment day at our headquarters in Grove, Oxfordshire is an exciting opportunity for a group of up to 40 8–16-year-old students to visit a real-life working environment. We have developed an action packed and informative day that will include:
Williams Composites Challenge
A visit to our Esports lounge and a session on our simulators
An opportunity to ask questions on career opportunities at Williams Racing
We welcome schools from across the UK.
