Confirmed Rennsport R1 Spring Season Roster for 2025

Williams Sim Racing is thrilled to announce its official entry into the 2025 RENNSPORT R1 Spring Season with a talented roster of drivers.

Following an impressive showing at the Esports World Cup last year, where we secured 4th place in the Teams’ Standings and 5th in the Drivers’ competition, our team is determined to build on that success in 2025.

The 2025 season introduces a revised qualification system, making competition fiercer than ever. Nine teams will earn a place at the Esports World Cup, with three securing automatic qualification.

The remaining six teams will battle it out at the LSQ in Saudi Arabia, where only three will progress to the team competition. With this in mind, we’ve assembled a formidable lineup to maximise our chances of success.

A driver we've had our eye on for some time, Tobias is one of the top talents in ACC and boasts strong familiarity with the Mercedes. His consistency and strategic mindset make him a valuable addition to the squad. He has seamlessly integrated into the team, showing impressive pace during media day.

Dominik has already demonstrated his prowess in ESL R1, stepping in at Daytona last season to secure an outstanding 2nd place on debut. His ability to perform under pressure and adapt to new challenges makes him a key asset as we push for EWC qualification.

A cornerstone of our past successes in both iRacing and R1, Daniel’s calm and methodical approach has been instrumental in delivering strong performances. His experience and dedication will be crucial as we aim for another strong season.

After making a name for himself in our GTD special event roster and competing at the sharp end of DNLS, Vasilios steps up from his role as a reserve driver in R1 last season. His promotion is a testament to his potential and our confidence in his ability to deliver results.
