And if you want to feature in future episodes? You can submit your question at the bottom of this article. Without further ado, here are our top four questions asked.

WORST PADEL PLAYER

During the first-ever episode of Team Torque, Alex and Logan revealed their padel match exploits with fellow driver Oscar Piastri after being asked how their week had been.
What followed was a bold statement from our No23…
Logan: “We played Padel the other day myself, Alex, Oscar, our trainers. Alex had some pretty good shots.”
Alex: “Yeah, considering that was maybe my third time playing.
“We can expose Oscar right now. Oscar must be the worst Padel player in Formula 1. He was awful!
“In Australia, you would think they would be quite good at it [because of] cricket, tennis but Padel was not Oscar’s thing, was it.”
Catch up on all the drama in episode one here. Safe to say they quickly backtracked on the comments when Oscar joined them in Shanghai.

PREPARING FOR JET LAG

One of the biggest challenges for Formula 1 drivers is the constant battle with jet lag, as drivers fly all over the world to perform on the circuit.
For episode three, Alex was joined by his Performance Coach, Patrick Harding and special guest Nedd Brockmann, who asked how our No23 combats the effects of long-haul journeys.
Alex: “It’s all down to organisation. I’m very lucky I have a team around, and Patrick is most involved in that.”
Patrick: “There’s a lot of good research on how to mitigate the [impact] of jet lag as much as possible, and we’ll do plans that are hour by hour, this what you do, then this is what you do.
“And you can follow that perfectly, but there’s still an impact. So when you add that amount of time shift, east and west, it accumulates.”

BEST MANSELL TACHE ON THE GRID

Moving on to episode four, we found ourselves in Japan back with just Logan and Alex on the mic when one fan asked our driver duo a truly hard-hitting question:
Who would sport the best Nigel Mansell moustache?
Logan: “I don't think we could even be in the same sentence as Nigel.”
Alex: “That’s true, but who on the grid? Obviously Valterri [Bottas].”
Logan: Danny [Riccardo].
Alex: “I reckon Carlos [Sainz] he would look like a Zorro, I would say him.”

IN SHAPE

Touchdown in the 305 for the Miami Grand Prix saw Logan host with his Performance Coach, Elias Huhtinen and Miami Dolphins linebacker, Bradley Chubb.
And Bradley was keen to understand Logan’s process in preparing to get in the zone for race day.
Logan: “Man, once the adrenaline goes, it goes.
“If anything, once I’m in the car, I like to do some breathing exercises to calm down because I’m so amped up I need to bring myself back a little bit.
“I don’t know, but maybe In football, you want all that energy. In the car, you want to be aggressive, but at the same time, you need to be composed and calm.
“It’s a bit of a weird and tricky place to get into, it’s really easy to go too far one way or the other.”
