Some quick digits that tell the story of our 2024 campaign

Before we gear up for the final run of six races across two double headers, we have a few weeks of downtime to get ourselves ready.
As there’s no better time to look back at our season so far, here are 10 fast facts about our 2024 campaign.

18

We have already completed 18 Grands Prix so far in 2024, meaning 75% of Formula 1’s longest-ever calendar is complete.
To add some context to how many races make up a season in the current F1 era, 32 of the 48 seasons we have competed in have consisted of 18 races or less – that’s ⅔ of our entire history!
The pandemic-affected year of 2020 was the last time we had less than 18 races (17).

9,560

So far in 2024, we’ve raced 9,560km (5,490 miles) – that’s quite the distance! It’s almost the equivalent of travelling from our base in Grove to Cape Town, South Africa as the crow flies.
With 1,844km still to race this season, our 2024 total could easily surpass the distance from Grove to Buenos Aires (11,000km).

16

After 18 races we have picked up 16 points. Of these 16, two came at Monaco and 10 in Azerbaijan - our first points scoring results in those locations since 2017 and 2018, respectively.

12.11

Alex Albon is currently enjoying his best Qualifying run with the team, boasting an average Qualifying position of 12.11 in 2024.
His end of year averages for 2023 and 2022 were 12.41 and 15.32 – a clear indication of the direction both himself and the team are heading.

6

On a similar theme, Alex has reached the final stage of Qualifying on six occasions in 2024 – Monaco, Canada, Britain, Netherlands, Italy, Azerbaijan.
This matches his 2023 total of Q3 appearances, and there are still six rounds to come this year.

23

Franco Colapinto became the first Argentine to race in Formula 1 for 23 years. The last was Gastón Mazzacane, who competed in 21 Grands Prix for Minardi and Prost.

73

Our double points finish in Baku was the best team result we had experienced for 73 Grands Prix.
The last time we scored 10 points in a single race was the 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix, where Nicholas Latifi finished P7 and George Russell came home in P8.

15,576

By securing P8 in the 2024 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, Franco ended Argentina’s 42 year wait for a points finish in F1.
A whopping 15,576 days before Franco crossed the line in Baku, Carlos Reutemann finished P2 at the 1982 South African Grand Prix.

58

Our crew have performed a total of 58 pit stops so far in 2024, with two of their top three best race average times coming across the last two weekends.
Our two stops in Azerbaijan averaged together came to 2.655s, while in Singapore our two stops were performed in 2.755s.
