Early Beginnings and Karting Success
Victor's passion for motorsport ignited at the age of 10 when he first took to competitive karting. He quickly made a name for himself, claiming the 2016 CIK-FIA Junior World Karting Championship title with a dominant season.
This success was complemented by his WSK Final Cup – OKJ victory, solidifying his reputation as one of the most promising young talents in karting.
Climbing the Junior Single-Seater Ladder
In 2017, Victor transitioned to single-seaters in the French Formula 4 Championship. His debut season was nothing short of remarkable, securing four wins and eleven podiums to finish as vice-champion.
Progressing to the highly competitive Formula Renault Eurocup in 2018, he continued to impress with two wins and six podiums. Returning for a second season in 2019, he built on this experience to claim six victories and 14 podiums, finishing the year as the championship runner-up.
The following season saw Victor take a significant step forward, clinching the 2020 Formula Renault Eurocup title with ART. A dominant campaign saw him secure seven wins and 14 podiums, marking his arrival as a serious contender for future top-tier racing categories.

Formula 3 and Formula 2 Success
Graduating to FIA Formula 3 in 2021 with MP Motorsport, Victor made an immediate impact, securing one win, five additional podiums, and four fastest laps on his way to finishing fifth overall as the highest-placed rookie. In 2022, he returned to ART and delivered an outstanding campaign, clinching the FIA Formula 3 Drivers’ Championship with two wins and six podiums, showcasing his consistency by only failing to score on four occasions.
Victor’s rise continued as he stepped up to FIA Formula 2 in 2023, again with ART. In his debut season, he finished as the top rookie in fifth place overall, securing one victory and playing a key role in ART’s Teams’ Championship triumph. In 2024, he continued to demonstrate his potential with another win and five podiums, ultimately finishing seventh in the standings.
Victor arrives at Grove for the first time
Joining the Williams Racing Driver Academy
When Victor returns to 2025 FIA Formula 2 action with ART in Sakhir, he’ll be doing so as a Williams Racing Driver Academy member for the very first time.
“I’m super happy to be joining the Williams Racing Driver Academy!" Victor shared on his first day at Grove. "This is a new chapter for me, but my goal remains the same – to push myself to the limit, both as a person and as a racing driver, and to make it to Formula 1.
"Williams is an iconic team with an incredible history, and I’m confident this is the best place to be to help me achieve my goals. This year, I’ll put all my focus into winning the Formula 2 Drivers’ Championship with ART Grand Prix and maximising this opportunity with the Driver Academy both on and off the track.
"I look forward to working with everyone at Williams as we embark on this new journey together.”
At Race 1 of the 2025 F2 season, Victor took pole position but was unable to take advantage following the cancellation of the Melbourne Feature Race. Still, it puts him in good stead when F2 returns in Bahrain later this month.
