We have a quiet few weeks ahead of us with summer break on the horizon, but someone who is looking to go into the shutdown with some solid Pit Wall Predictions points to their name is our secretive Grove guru, ‘The Strategist’.
Budapest only delivered them five out of the 40 points available, meaning they’re 35 points off our leader.
There’s still so much to play for on Pit Wall Predictions, presented by Gulf, this season - read on for The Strategist’s tips and insights to help you make your picks for the 2024 Belgian GP.

Q1 & Q2: On which lap will Alex and Logan make their first stop?

Lap 1-10. With such a long lap distance, the total amount of laps here is only 44. This all means we often see the first stops made before Lap 10.

Q3: When will our fastest lap of the race be recorded?

Lap 36-Finish. Alex set our fastest time on Lap 35 last year, but I feel it’s a safer call to put my prediction in that final threshold when the car is at its lightest.

Q4: How many full Safety Car periods will there be?

One. There’s been an incident in every feeder series race here this weekend, and we might just see something similar in the main event on Sunday.

Q5: How many pit stops will our drivers make between them?

5+. We made six stops here last year, and I’m going for the maximum option again in 2024 to allow for plenty of eventualities.

Q6 & Q7: What tyres will Alex and Logan end their race on?

Hard. I fancy that both of our drivers will end the race on the white-walled hard Pirelli compound when their race wraps up.

Q8: Where will the leading Williams driver finish the race?

P11-P15. We start inside the top 10 but will have the fastest car of the entire weekend so far right behind us. But look, if we finish in the points, I’ll be thrilled. And if we don’t, I’ll be picking up points on Pit Wall Predictions.
You’ve heard from The Strategist, now it’s time to make your decisions below. You have until the formation lap to make any changes, good luck!
