Two players secured a maximum points haul of 40/40 during the Italian Grand Prix last weekend, ensuring their triple header ended on a high.
This marks the first time since the opening rounds of the season that top marks have been scored, and it leaves things very tight at the top of the standings.
Our leader now has 285 points to their name, whilst their closest rival is 10 points further back with another duo hot on their heels with 270 points.
Don’t fear if you were not top of the class this week, the majority of players managed to score four out of eight correct in Monza.
Italian GP results
Our first two questions tasked you with successfully calling when both Nyck and Nicky would make their first pit stops this weekend. The Dutch and Canadian racers both boxed between Lap 11-20, with 59% and 49% respectively getting these questions spot on.
Nicky was our first driver to pop in for a tyre change and 48% of players picked up five points for that decision. 52% of you would go on to correctly predict that our first stop would be made whilst running between P11 and P15.
The decision to pit Nicky for fresh softs under the Safety Car took our total pit stops in the Italian Grand Prix to three, a figure that 23% called correctly.
That same late Safety Car earnt a massive 64% of PWP players an extra five points for correctly predicting we’d see Bernd Mayländer once during the race.
Finally, we asked you to call what tyres our duo would end the Grand Prix on. Our stand-in would finish on medium tyres, with our No6 on the soft compound – 52% and 11% respectively nailed this call.
