The badge design captures Qatar’s unique blend of modernity, tradition, and its growing presence in the world of Formula 1. The word “Qatar” is boldly displayed in gold and maroon, exuding strength and prominence.

Rising behind it are the iconic Katara Towers, their elegant, curved design symbolising Qatar’s innovation and ambition. These towers reflect the nation’s ability to balance futuristic development with cultural pride, making them a fitting centrepiece for the badge.

Flowing beneath the text is a golden, sand-like wave, representing the country’s expansive deserts and its rich cultural heritage.

Draped across the design is a dynamic checkered flag, a nod to the thrilling atmosphere of F1. The pearl in the background, designed to resemble a glowing moon, evokes the dramatic night-time race under the floodlights, while also paying homage to Qatar’s rich cultural history of pearl diving.

This badge embodies the country’s spirit, uniting its deep-rooted cultural heritage, and the thrilling excitement of the Qatar Formula 1 night race.
