In a break from the fast-paced world of Formula 1, our very own Carlos Sainz recently pulled up a seat at Stanley Tucci's dinner table for the premiere episode of "Cards on the Table."
Joining an eclectic mix of guests, fashion guru Tan France and singer-songwriter Melanie C, Carlos showcased his charm and wit away from the circuit.

In an evening filled with laughter and candid conversations, our Spanish racer offered fans a rare glimpse of Carlos away from the race track – discussing everything from the fictional characters he can relate to, to whether he’s a pack animal or a lone wolf.
The conversation took an unexpected turn when the topic of the humble crisp sandwich – a staple of crisps (or chips for fans across the pond) nestled between slices of buttered bread – came up. Carlos, who might be one of the biggest critics of British cuisine, simply could not believe what he was hearing.
That being said, he would still go on to try this delicacy. What did he think? You’ll have to watch the full episode below to find out.
A quick heads-up for our fans, this episode contains some strong language so viewer discretion is advised.
