12 days of Gifting Terms and Conditions

GIVEAWAY PERIOD. The Giveaway begins at 9:00 AM EDT on December4, 2023 and ends 11:59 EDT on December 15, 2023 (“Giveaway Period”). Administrator will be the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER GIVEAWAY.

There are twelve (12) individual giveaways within the Giveaway that correspond with the twelve (12) consecutive weekdays of the Giveaway Period (each an “Individual Giveaway”)
2.
You must enter each Individual Giveaway on the “Entry Date” listed in the table located at: https://www.williamsf1.com/12daysofgifting. Entries in one Individual Giveaway are not rolled over to subsequent Individual Giveaways. You must enter individually for each Individual Giveaway of the 12 days of the Giveaway.

Registration for the first Individual Giveaway begins at 9:00 AM EDT on December 4, 2023, and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on that same day. Registration for each Individual Giveaway thereafter begins at 9:00 AM EDT and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on that same day. Any entries or submissions after the time and date specified in the preceding sentence for each Individual Giveaway shall be automatically disqualified.

To enter into each Individual Giveaway, Participants must register their details on the website https://fanhub.williamsf1.com/. All entries must include a valid email address via which the Participant can be contacted.

Neither Sponsor nor Administrator will accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to any Individual Giveaway.
6.
Entries cannot be withdrawn after they have been submitted.

GIVEAWAY WINNER SELECTION / PRIZE. There will be one (1) winner of each of the Individual Giveaways, for a total of twelve (12) winners (the “Giveaway Winner(s)”). Each Giveaway Winner will be drawn at random. The Giveaway Winners will win the prize applicable to the Individual Giveaway that such Giveaway Winner as won (such prize, the “Prize”) in accordance with the table located at: [LINK]. Each Giveaway Winner will be contacted via email to inform them they have won. In order to claim their Prize a Giveaway Winner must reply to such email within one (1) day of receipt with a valid postal address to which their Prize can be posted. Giveaway Winners are solely responsible for ensuring any contact details or postal address they share with the Sponsor and/or Administrator is accurate and is the full information needed for them to receive their Prize. If the Prize is unable to be delivered to the Giveaway Winner for reasons outside the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s control, the Giveaway Winner forfeits the Prize.LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PARTICIPANT. The Giveaway Winners may be announced via Williams’ social media, website and/or newsletter, in Williams sole discretion The Administrator will send the name and county of the Giveaway Winners to anyone who writes within one (1) month after the end of the Giveaway requesting details of the Giveaway Winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the Administrator’s address. If a Giveaway Winner wished to object to any or all of their name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Administrator at support@digital.williamsf1.com. In such circumstances, the Sponsor and/or the Administrator may still be required to provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority in the UK or any other applicable authority on request.
